Cultivate confidence, peace of mind, and creativity through engagement with body, speech, and mind. This academic and practice-oriented course will explore the foundations of meditation. Students will learn about the origination of mindfulness, what it means to be “mindful”, its benefits, and how to practice mindfulness with body, speech and mind.
